    Good for Disabled Individuals

    I absolutely love this thing. I have mobility issues and have gained some weight since having my daughter, but this makes it easy for me to get several different forms of exercise and it's comfortable while using it which is so big to me as I'm always in pain. It seems to be good quality, it even withstands my toddler pushing it around the floor. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand. It was also a really good value for the money I spent because in the end this is cheaper than a gym membership at a facility full of machines I can barely use.

    I love this. Has perfect amount of resistance for me. I use to do site ups, use for biking and my arms. Easy to use and small enough that can tuck under table when not in use.

    If you're tired of doing situps on the floor like I was you definitely want this. This makes doing situps so easy now and my back isn't hurting when I'm done working out & everything else you can do with this is a big plus. Forsure glad I bought this !

    This is the worse thing you can use for your back!! It comes with 4 levels and only one is able to be usedโ€ฆ the thing digs into your kidneys and is not very well built
    I see this lasting maybe a month if your lucky
