    Really great if you have hard water ~

    I moved to a place that has well water and my hair just went berserk. It was terrible! I have very fine curly hair and it started feeling sticky in a weird way. This shampoo completely solved that problem and my hair gets very clean every time. This is my go-to shampoo and has been for a few years now. A bottle lasts for a while and while the scent is a little vinegary, it doesn't smell bad at all and the vinegar smell goes away very quickly. My boyfriend was always buying the cheap chemical laden shampoos at the grocery store and it was doing nothing for his fine, thinning hair. He started using my shampoo (this shampoo) and now he says there's no going back because he's noticed a difference, and I have as well. Highly recommend.

    Great Shampoo & Conditioner – Poor Packaging & Shipping

    This shampoo (and the conditioner I bought last time) is amazing. I don't have enough nice things to say about the product. But, let's agree that it's not cheap. That said, they throw the bottle in a bubble envelope, and call it a day. When I ordered the combo it was in a box that was much too large with no padding. In both cases the bottles leaked substantially. As in, I'm trying to scoop it back into the bottles. Frankly, I love it, but I find it discouraging that I pay so much for the product, and the company couldn't be bothered to ship it in a box that fits, and include a bit of padding/bubble wrap.
    The company hit a home run with the product, but they definitely need to do better as regards shipping. Five stars for the product. I deducted a point for shipping. It should've been 2-3, but I really like the product.
