Great product to give you a little more resistance for workouts. I bought to use on my stroller walks with baby. I purchased the 16 pound vest so that both my husband and I can use it. I find that I have to wear a couple layers under it or it bothers my shoulders, however my husband has no issues. Adjustable fit and durable. Also versatile for many different workouts.
Whew! The workout you get wearing this. I wore it all day at the zoo and go t the best workout! It’s comfortable to wear and the quality is good. I probably should have started smaller weight, but I bought the 12 pound and I’m handling it ok.
