    I switched to this Estroven from the Estroven complete Multi Symptom (Magenta) colored box. I must say this made a huge difference in my night sweats and hot flashes. I don't know if it's the Ashwagandha or what? The Multi Symptom in the Magenta colored box stopped working for me, and I said I would try this one for one month while also seeking out possible HRT options in the interim. I've only taken them for a week and noticed a significant difference. Now, I was expecting these to take a couple of weeks to start working, but they started working in a couple of days. I don't know if it's because there was no break in between these and the Magenta box colored ones or not. They will not stop your symptoms completely, just reduce them enough to allow you to function without being miserable.

    Not sure what is up with this estroven but, it seriously made my hot flashes worse AND cause night sweats to show up at that, i could not remember why but, i now know why i stop using this over a year ago!!
