Well, the machine itself arrived timely and appears to be a good, sturdy item. However, even though the box was sealed, it arrived missing parts, with one of the interior bags apparently ripped open. The bolts and nuts etc that the manufacturer recommends for finishing the set up were nowhere in the box. I have contacted them, and they have responded, but the parts are very yet to arrive. They have even said that they have “created a label” to send them to me, but the FedEx tracking number seems to indicate that nothing has been picked up to be actually delivered yet. I will update as matter develop. I hope I have not purchased a large and heavy paperweight

Update! Good customer service, very responsive. KUDOS!! I emailed them pictures of the model number and of what appeared to be missing, according to the manual. Parts delivery was delayed, but they did get here. A word on the manual—it’s very detailed, easy to follow once you realize that the step by step instructions are ABOVE the illustrations, not below. It also helps to consult the detailed exploded illustration that lists every part by number. It did come mostly assembled, though.

Love it! So far it's worked out really well. The loops are thin but work fine for now until I can buy better quality ones.

Solid machine while in use, wheels are a little small. Actually, the machine is a bit small overall, uses over 6 foot will find is cramped. (I'm 5'11" and just barely fit in some exercises). It's a little lighter than other folding reformers, but that makes it easier to move around. My Wife tweaked a pulley bar (#10), and if I am able to buy replacement parts I'll come back and upgrade to 5 star.

I like this a lot. I wish it came with the other padding so I don’t have to buy them separately but I’m assuming that is what I have to do.
